The design and development of training program for soft skill and ICT sector is focused on the long-term goals of trainees. We emphasize on practical principles and processes by designing programs that offer our trainees the knowledge, skills and practices that value to their life.


Our Training is designed basis industry linked soft skill development program on soft skills, voice as well as non-voice outsourcing verticals. We train candidates as per defined modules to make the unemployed and unprivileged youth employable.


Soft skills are a person’s ability to interact effectively with co-workers and customers. Soft skills are broadly applicable both at and outside the work place. Presently soft skills are increasingly sought out by employers in addition to standard qualification. Soft skills refer to a number of features viz. behavior, personal finance management, communication etc. those make persons excellent workers and suitable to work in a team.


We are having training modules for Non Voice BPO to train candidates in resolving queries and customer cases over web-chat or email. We are having training modules for Non Voice BPO to train candidates in managing and resolving client queries / issues primarily through telephonic calls.


We have 4 courses in Soft Skills as per the level Basic, Intermediate and Advance.We have 2 courses in ICT Sectors Voice BPO & Non Voice BPO.
